I am an Integrative Counsellor who is experienced in working with a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, depression and trauma. I would love to have a conversation with you and see if we can find a way forward. I offer free initial assessments after which you decide whether or not you want more sessions with me. I am currently employed as a youth counsellor and I also work with victims of rape and sexual assault. In addition I have worked for Anxiety UK. I offer a free initial assessment after which there is no obligation to have further sessions.
Through the work that I have done I have developed an awareness of the challenges that life can throw unexpectedly. I became a counsellor because I believe it is a way of supporting people to overcome these issues. I am even more convinced of that fact now. Be brave and give it a try!
