Hi I’m Dr Dawn Harris and I lead a small team of 2. Between us we have over 50 years experience. We are known for helping people with anxiety disorders, extreme stress and burnout, trauma related symptoms and people wanting to quit internet pornography. People come to us when traditional methods of therapy have failed, as our unique method and techniques ensures an effective and long-lasting result. The majority of our clients report feeling noticeably better within the first session, paving the way for a quicker, more comfortable path to healing and personal growth.
The techniques that we are trained in means that we are able to achieve results that do not require months or years in therapy. We understand that going to see a therapist is not easy. We therefore make the first encounter solution focused, with positive changes felt straight away.
Not only do we provide a safe and supportive environment, we are also leaders in our field, and take your healing journey very seriously, making sure we truly understand your needs and fears. We are not here to keep you in therapy, but to achieve long lasting results as quickly as possible, so you can lead the best life possible.
