These maybe experiences of loss, trauma, abuse, ill health, rejection, deception as well as other experiences, leading to anxiety, stress, overwhelm or feeling stuck. I work and have worked with clients struggling with a variety of life issues and seeing these experiences through the eyes of my clients and understanding the importance of having a safe, non judgemental space to explore where they are at in their journey helping them to accept, heal and move forwards.
