I am a qualified TA (Transactional Analysis) psychotherapeutic counsellor. I offer therapy to individuals, couples and groups. I work with clients from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, of different genders and ages. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for us to work together, to help you find a way forward; exploring your current concerns in a way that feels comfortable for you. We go at your pace.
I offer short or long term therapy, online or in person; historically working with clients presenting with depression, anxiety, stress, LGBTQIA+ identity, low self esteem, work challenges, grief and loss, couples and relationship issues, family, childhood and culture challenges, trauma, anger, abuse, life decisions and other personal struggles.
I am a member of European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA), International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis (IARTA) and Metanoia Institute. I am a registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their ethical codes.
