I love my work and am blessed to be able to work with clients at a crossroads in their lives and help them break through current difficulties by understanding how ingredients in their past are obstructing their progress and their decision making. We work together to unlock unhelpful beliefs and find freedom from dynamics that are holding them back, at home and in the workplace, in relationships with partners, family members and friends. No problem is ever too small and it is often the ones you feel embarrassed to bring that are key to unlocking the problem.
Often clients need help through major life transitions around work issues, relationships, problems as either a parent or as a son or daughter , and the way that some of these can collide at the same time. Being able to talk with someone neutral who has no buy in to your situation can help bring freedom and insight to extremely challenging situations.
I feel blessed to be working with a client base from millennials dealing with enormous vulnerabilities around mental health issues in dealing with a changing , demanding world to high achieving professionals looking at a work/life balance and more mature clients dealing with loss, change and health concerns.
