I will help you by using a mix of therapies including Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, existentialism, and CBT.
I work with clients to help them overcome any pain or emotional difficulties, with a view to encouraging their empowerment, and self-development. My goal is to help clients be the best they can be, through learning new skills and to cope with life's challenges.
