Therapy can give you tools to navigate through life's up and downs and can help strengthen your sense of self. I believe that our perceptions of our own brokenness can be viewed differently. That our flaws are what makes us unique, beautiful and wonderfully human.
I'm an integrative counsellor, meaning that I use different therapeutic approaches depending on what issues you'd like to explore through counselling. There is no 'one size fits all' and our life experiences are unique to us, making the need to tailor my approach to you a fundamental part of the process.
