I’m here to provide a safe space to explore and make sense of what happened to you. We’ll work together to explore ways to manage the psychological and physiological effects of past trauma, and develop your confidence to cope and overcome difficulties. It is important to me to understand what is important to you. I will support and empower you to live your life in accordance with your own values and beliefs, rather than the difficulties that have been getting in your way.
I am a Clinical Psychologist and draw on a range of evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to provide you with an individualised approach tailored to your unique needs.
