If you find yourself struggling to cope or make sense of an emotional difficulty please give me a call to discuss how I might best support you. It can sometimes be hard to reach out for help but I often find once the initial contact has been made clients often comment they wish they had acted sooner.
I work with adults in my private practice and via online video. I am to create a safe, respectful yet occasionally challenging relationship. I mindfully blend several therapeutic modalities to create an individualised treatment plan. I often work in the moment and have learnt to trust my instinct as well as my intellect.
I work in a private and comfortable space in Beaconsfield Old Town, Buckinghamshire. I offer warmth, stability and a creative way of working which I feel has helped me build a successful private practice over the years.
