My approach is grounded, embodied and relational. Together, we begin with what feels difficult now and make sense of what may sit beneath the surface. I listen closely, offer reflection and structure, and pay attention to emotions, bodily sensations, silences and patterns of relating.
I offer a calm, attentive space where difficult material can be met carefully and at a pace that feels possible. The aim is to help you understand your experience more fully, develop self-trust, and find new ways of relating with more honesty, care and attention.
