I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, teacher/trainer, and registered MNCPS (Acc.) based in Barnsley, working face-to-face and online. A naturally relaxed, warm, and reflective individual, I aim to provide non-judgemental, encouraging support, and to assist in exploring and moving forward with issues causing you difficulty. I provide short and long-term therapy. I have worked for services within the charity sector, and I currently work as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor in private practice. I also deliver teaching on a L4 therapeutic diploma course.
I use an integrative approach that is predominantly relational, and draws from a range of theories, specialist skills, knowledge, and techniques in an effort to be as flexible as possible to the needs of each particular individual, and which is expressed in a distinctly empathic and genuine way of working.
