I am an experienced therapist with teenagers and young adults and offer talking therapy. I work most often with those who are experiencing depression or trauma symptoms and much of my professional experience elsewhere is with those who are adopted, have experience of the care system or who are seeking help with issues relating to self-esteem, body image or disordered eating.
It is an important value of mine to talk plainly and to provide a calm and relaxed environment while you are seeking help.
I am able to offer sessions focused more on what may help you to manage in the here and now and am also able to offer more long-term work relating to early childhood difficulties and trauma treatments such as EMDR.
I also am able to offer sessions for parents as they seek to support their children with their mental health.
Reach out and I am happy to have a free 10-15 minute chat with you to see if I can offer what you need.
