An issue or issues need airing and sharing to understand or transform. I may be overwhelmed by depression and/or anxiety and need a supportive space to work it out. Who am I you may be asking yourself....we can find out together therapy . I may be in relationships where there are some difficulties and challenges that need some understanding As a client in therapy I will bring openness and honesty at all times to my sessions.
As a psychotherapist I bring my ongoing training and experience. From Jung and the psychodynamic to mindfulness and energy work I am truly integrative in my approach balancing who I am with what you need. My offer is inclusive and diverse.
