To process what is or has happened. To make a real lasting impact. I offer a competitive rate because I truly believe that therapy should be as accessible as possible.

I have worked with a wide range of issues such as addictions, mens issues, bereavement, relationships, abuse, depression and racial/cultural identity. I am also a kink/alternative friendly counsellor. I offer a safe space free from judgment where you can freely express and explore. To be truly understood with an authentic professional.

I know taking the first step in making any change can be difficult and that's why I'm very warm, welcoming and easily relatable from the very start. This personal approach helps to build a relaxed atmosphere where you can be free to be yourself and open up without the worry of judgment. When working with addictions I like to take a two pronged approach. First, exploring and teaching what techniques we can employ to help manage the addiction in the moment and secondly, discovering what's behind the addiction, driving it. So that we can better understand and more importantly put a stop to it. Typically most clients see an improvement between 4-6 sessions. Sometimes even after 1-2.
