I have 35 years experience working with Anxiety/panic attcks and PTSD. EMDR and CBT are the main techniques I use in an experiental understanding to explore what has happened in your life; how you experience it and what you want it mean to help you live a fuller and more meaniful life that suits you.
Using a less formal home office I provide the NHS approved therapies for Mood Disorders, Addiction and Trauma recovery. I am a fellow with the National Couselling Sociewty (NCS) and BACP accredited.
Contacting a counsellor may be the most difficult or loneliest thing to do. It can also be the best decision you will have made it your life! I insist that clients realise that they are interviewing me in the first contact and session to ensure I am the best fit for your needs.
