I understand there are many reasons you might be looking for help from psychotherapy or counselling. Psychotherapy can support you with any of these challenges.  I see psychotherapy as a collaborative process in a safe, accepting space. I offer counselling and psychotherapy in a non-judgmental, highly confidential environment where you’ll be fully supported in exploring your challenges at your own pace. We’ll work together to work out what you need.
