If you, or someone you care about, is experiencing difficulties in life, it can be helpful to talk with a highly-skilled and experienced professional who can help to navigate through these moments. As a psychotherapist registered with the BACP, I provide a compassionate and safe space for you to explore these issues in a non-judgmental manner, and can work with both individuals and couples.
In person/online sessions are available Mondays to Wednesdays, first session 10am, last session 6:30pm.
Limited availability for online sessions on Thursday and Friday afternoons.
I have worked in mental health since 2008 across a range of different areas including for the NHS, voluntary and private sectors, with older adult, adult, forensic, in-patient and community settings. I have trained to integrate a Person Centred approach with CBT and attachment, bringing in Compassion Focussed Therapy, to best meet the needs of clients.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of difficulties including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, PTSD, domestic abuse and low self-esteem. Despite this, the most important part of any therapy is based on the relationship between client and therapist so I would be delighted to hear from you to see whether my approach works best for you.
