Meanwhile, you may still feel anxious, disconnected, stuck, lonely, overwhelmed, or unlike yourself underneath it all.
I’m not especially interested in pretending life is simple or reducing people to diagnoses, labels, or productivity problems to solve.
I offer therapy for people who want something more honest.
A space where you don’t have to perform wellness. Where anger, grief, confusion, shame, uncertainty, contradiction, humour, and all the difficult parts of being human are welcome too.
My approach is relational, direct, and grounded in real conversation.
I’m interested in who you are, what gets in the way of feeling fully alive, and what happens when we explore that together.
Alongside my professional training, I’ve also spent many hours in the client chair myself.

Men's Therapy Group
This is a therapy group for men who are tired of carrying things alone. On the surface, life may look fine, but underneath something isn’t working: anger, disconnection, anxiety, or repeating the same patterns in relationships. This is not a course or a place for advice. It is a small, consistent group where we speak honestly and pay attention to what happens between us in the room. That’s where real change tends to happen. You don’t need to have the right words. You just need to be willing to show up. Over time, something shifts.
