I have helped clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, trauma, bereavement, cancer, addiction, suicidal thoughts, and gender identity issues. My approach focuses on building a trusting therapeutic relationship.
I will take time to understand your difficulties and work with you to find the best approach by integrating several therapies and techniques. I’m committed to creating a respectful and safe space. I have experience offering affirmative therapy and gender dysphoria assessments and diagnoses for transgender and non-binary people and their families.
