You may be here because you want to feel better. It could be that you are struggling with an immediate life problem such as a specific anxiety, depression or life situation that you need someone to help you with. Or it may be a general feeling that something in life doesn't seem right and you want to explore it. Making sense of it can be difficult on your own. Through counselling, I can help you make sense of what is happening so that you can start to feel more like the person that you want to be.
It can be difficult opening up to someone; I’ve been there, I understand. As an open, caring and trustworthy male therapist, I am uniquely positioned to give you a safe space to talk, to be seen, heard and understood. I will support you to look beneath the surface and see things you haven’t seen before and help you find a way to move forward.
I offer a free 20 minute consultation for you to tell me what you want to get from therapy and for me to say how I can support you in getting this. My private practice hours are Tuesday from 9am - 3pm. I have limited availability, so please contact me with your preferred times.
