Finding a good match for a therapist can seem daunting. In consulting with me, I seek to offer you the benefits of my many years' experience with a sensitive and respectful approach. Whilst my experience and qualifications are important, real change can only happen when the meaning of your experiences is thought about carefully and collaboratively. My approach is through psychodynamic counselling and I am a keen believer in the process that unfolds in the conversation between client and therapist.
