Hi, my name is Daveena and I am a Charted Counselling Psychologist working in the NHS as a Senior Counselling Psychologist and privately as a Clinical Associate for RDA Psychology Practice. I am committed to providing a compassionate, safe and flexible space for those seeking psychological therapy. I offer psychological therapy to people who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma/complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, paranoia and mistrust, hearing voices, low self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, grief.

I consider myself to be an integrative therapist. I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioural therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy and Person Centered Therapy. This enables me to create a unique therapeutic experience for you as I believe each person has specific and individual needs.

I am driven toward helping you enhance self-awareness, increase your sense of control and foster hope through an authentic, respectful and open-minded approach. Therapy can indeed be a daunting and challenging experience, however one that can also restore meaning and pleasure.
