I take an integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy. This means I draw from different therapeutic methods to adapt to your needs. You’re the expert on you, so we’ll work together to find the insights and solutions that are right for you. My specialist areas of therapy are counselling, psychotherapy, CBT, and mindfulness.
