I'm a registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years' experience working in mental health services. I offer treatment for various issues including anxiety, OCD, low mood, trauma, PTSD, and relationship and attachment difficulties. I can also help if you are experiencing stress or change in your life and you would like to work out how best to cope.
You might be feeling anxious, stuck, or vulnerable, and I can provide a safe, supportive space for you to talk and move towards your goals. I offer CBT and EMDR, and use compassion-focused and acceptance and commitment techniques where helpful. I work in an affirmative and supportive way with those who identify as LGBTQ+ and/or neurodivergent.
I offer sessions online, or in person in Norwich.
