My style is friendly and down-to-earth, with a focus on building a genuine connection and then using this as the basis for exploring aspects of your life that are holding you back. I appreciate that starting any kind of personal work may be daunting and can bring up feelings of anxiety, so I place a great deal of emphasis on making sure the relationship is a good fit and we work at a pace that promotes a sense of safety before we begin to work at depth
