Hi I'm Dave. Thank you for stopping by. I’m sorry if you’re struggling at the moment. Life can be hard at times and sometimes, the things that used to make us happy don’t any more. Sometimes it can be hard to cope and you may feel lost, unseen, unheard, anxious or depressed. Believe it or not, you are doing the hard bit right now. By looking for and asking for help, this is the first step to you taking back control of your life. This is you making the decision to change. Therapy like life, can be challenging but it can also be rewarding.
As we go through life, we sometimes pick things up along the way that feel very heavy, and they can weigh us down and make us feel overwhelmed. My hope for you is that through our sessions, I can help you unpack what is heavy for you and develop an understanding of yourself and new ways to cope when hard times come along.
