As an online, Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I work with individuals and couples of all genders, sexualities, and ethnicities, across the UK and worldwide. I provide an inclusive and validating space to openly explore whatever is concerning you. My priority during our time together is to create a safe environment where you can truly be yourself. You decide what we talk about, and we always work at a pace that feels right for you. To help you get a sense of whether we'd work well together, I offer a free 30-minute introductory session with no obligation to continue.
I have specialist training in affirming work with Black, Asian and LGBTQ+ clients and understand how identity, culture and intersectionality can shape experience. Alongside individual therapy I offer relationship therapy for lesbian, gay and straight couples. Helping couples to improve communication, reduce conflict and create a healthier relationship.
My counselling practice is built on a foundation of extensive experience in social work, probation, university counselling and within a domestic abuse programme. This has given me a deep understanding of the complexity of people’s lives, relationships and emotional struggles, and how meaningful change can develop when people feel supported and valued.
