As an Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, I have undergone extensive training which brings together effective contemporary approaches to therapy, drawing from a variety of models to suit your individual needs. I have over sixteen years experience supporting adults and young people to address a range of issues, including: anxiety/panic, depression, stress, loss and bereavement, identity issues, sexuality, trauma/abuse, low self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions and careers and life direction.
