I work with individuals, who want to better understand themselves, end old patterns of behaviour and make meaningful changes in their lives. This can include exploring identity, emotional expression, and relationships, while building resilience and confidence. I also welcome clients who wish to bring their spiritual, religious, or philosophical beliefs into therapy.
My approach is grounded in transpersonal psychology, combining psychological insight with a deeper exploration of meaning and values. Alongside reflection and insight, we focus on practical changes, helping you build resilience, confidence, and more adaptive ways of responding to life’s challenges.
Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to suit you. There is no pressure or imposed agenda, you are the expert on your own life.
