With experience in the NHS's inpatient and outpatient services and bereavement care, I have worked extensively with sexual and domestic abuse, loss, identity, anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQ+ issues. I draw primarily from psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential perspectives, tailoring therapy to your unique needs.
In a confidential space, our work will explore how past experiences shape patterns that may no longer serve you, fostering healthier ways of relating to yourself and others for lasting change. I have a private practice in Notting Hill, offering in-person and online sessions for your preference.
