I am an MBACP (Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Registered Counsellor with a wealth of experience in working with a range of issues. I am also a Chartered Psychologist and hold a PhD in Social Psychology and have written several books and academic research papers. I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for my clients to express their feelings and explore their thoughts. I am passionate about helping people to understand and find solutions to their issues, so they can live a more comfortable and fulfilled life. I strive to provide the best possible service to my clients.

Together, we identify behavioural patterns that limit personal growth, empowering clients to express their authentic selves and enabling meaningful, positive change.
