I am an integrative therapist which means that I am able to draw on a number of theoretical models and techniques in order to provide therapy that is tailored to your specific, individual needs. I have found this to be highly successful in supporting clients with a wide range of difficulties. I have lived-experience of mental health issues.
I am an experienced, fully qualified Psychologist, chartered with the British Psychological Society. I am the lead psychologist at Beacon Therapy, based in the heart of Northumberland.
