I have a particular interest in working with bereavement and loss, noticing that loss is deeply personal experience that can affect each person in different ways. Therapy can provide a space to explore these experiences at your own pace.
I am a psychodynamic therapist offering a relational and reflective approach. The therapy explores how our past experiences, relationships and early patterns can influence us. Alongside my private practice, I have worked within the criminal justice system, supporting people experiencing complex difficulties and trauma.
