You do not have to carry this heavy luggage alone. I specialize in supporting midlife migrants, expats, and individuals navigating complex, intersectional identities.

My practice offers a space for "non-defended witnessing" where all parts of your identity are welcome without having to translate or mute yourself. Drawing from trauma-informed methods—including EMDR and Transactional Analysis—we will work together to help your nervous system feel safe enough to process cultural bereavement.
