I use Internal Family Systems, a highly effective and evidence-based technique for healing mind, body and soul.

I have worked with clients who have presented with a range of issues - anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties etc. My specialities are ADHD, OCD, Borderline and addiction. I am a qualified Internal Family Systems practitioner. I have also been trained to treat PTSD and other forms of trauma. I work with individuals of all ages, not couples.
Most of the time I will listen but I may also question, discuss or challenge. Having spent most of my life as a recording engineer, I learned the value of patience and sensitivity. Looking back, it was very good training for the profession I am now in! I have a wealth of life experience. Two years of personal therapy convinced me of its healing merits.
