I am a BACP qualified Integrative Psychotherapist who is also a Full Member of the BPS. My qualifications include two Masters degrees; one in MSc Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and another in MSc Psychology and I hold a background in Sports Science. My modalities involve incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Theory and Person-Centred Approach. The Integrative approach is a holistic approach which allows therapy to be tailored to individual needs. I have worked in private practice, schools, sports settings and as a counselling lead in a specialist eating disorder organisation, amongst other settings.
My philosophy is to provide an authentic, reflective and insightful approach to therapy that will aim to provide long-term benefits. I will use my diverse knowledge of psychology and psychotherapy to work holistically and use evidence-based approaches to ensure you can improve all areas of your life.
I specialise in anxiety and depression as well as eating disorders and athletes/sports. We all need some support and empathy from time to time and no matter if you feel your issue is big or small I aim to provide empathetic and non-judgemental support for a range of issues.
