I specialise in supporting individuals and couples understand the way they relate with themselves, with each other, with others around them, and with the wider world. Together in therapy we can explore the challenges you are facing and find ways forward. We can do this with deep consideration for your identity: your family, culture, upbringing, sexuality, gender, and your experiences in life so far
I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor who has worked in the mental health field for the past 12 years. This has included therapeutic work in secondary schools, a creative art university, LGBTQ+ community services, adult community mental health and within charity organizations. I offer a safe, creative, non-judgmental and open space for each person I work with.
You are welcome to bring the topics that are most important for you. I work in a way that is empathic and non-judgmental, and can offer a therapeutic space that is deeply kind and supportive, and also challenging when that is helpful for relational growth.
