Our wellbeing is influenced by so many things – our identities, families, friendships, relationships, gender, sexuality, race, worldview, faith, finances, work, studies, past experiences, traumas, mental health, systems of oppression, physical health and much more. In our therapy sessions I offer a space for you to explore these things and make meaning of your experiences. Together we can consider: Which things are causing you to feel unhappy or anxious? Which things are important to your identity? Which of your experiences are painful or caused trauma? How do you relate to yourself & others? What would you like life to look like?
I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor who has worked in the mental health field for the past 10 years. This has included therapeutic work in secondary schools, a creative art university, LGBTQ+ community services, adult community mental health and within charity organizations. I offer a safe, creative, non-judgmental and open space for each person I work with.

Groups
LGBTQ+ Faith-Background Therapeutic Group
This is a short-term therapeutic group for LGBTQ+ people who have left, or feel on the edge of, a faith-based community. It is an inclusive space for those who identify as having a personal faith, those who do not, and those who are uncertain. The main aim of the group is to share experiences and explore feelings together (even conflicting ones!). It is a place to connect with others who have both similar and different experiences.
