Hi, I'm a queer, non-binary, Pink Therapy Accredited Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversities (GSRD) Therapist. I've been in full time private practice since 2016 and I work with clients from across the whole of the UK online. I also see clients in person at my office in Wakefield and outdoors in a beautiful nature reserve near York.
I work primarily with LGBTQIA+/GSRD clients seeking compassionate, knowledgable and affirming care. As well as looking at whatever is bringing you to therapy, we'll also make space for cultivating queer joy. I also work with plenty of cisgender, heterosexual clients, who appreciate a therapeutic space outside/beyond traditional gender dynamics.
GSRD therapy is an emerging approach that explores how societal norms shape all our lives. If you're LGBTQIA+, you won't need to educate me about your identity or justify your experiences. For everyone, this approach helps uncover how messages about relationships, identity, and self-expression shape your life and choices.
