I have a passion for counselling and a belief in personal empowerment for my client. I have 12 years experience helping individuals deal with the trials and tribulations that life throws their way. As well as a warm and friendly personality I have widespread experience working with clients suffering issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, addiction, OCD and BPD. I feel that no problem is too small to bring to counselling, we all need that helping hand from time to time. I am particularly experienced in helping those with bereavement and addiction issues.
I deliver professional and ethical counselling using Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and the Gestalt Models of counselling to suit your individual requirements. Clients come for sessions with me weekly or alternate weeks
