There’s no one-size-fits-all in therapy, so I use a blend of approaches to help you feel supported and understood. I blend person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive therapies, tailored to provide you with the support you need and feel comfortable with.
My journey into counselling began after experiencing therapy myself. I trained at Inter-Psyche, Dartford, hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling, I am BACP member and I am fully insured. My experience includes volunteering at a local children’s hospice and a mental health service, which deepened my understanding of grief, change, and emotional challenges.
