I'm trained in couples therapy through Relate and work integratively, drawing on systemic, psychodynamic, and attachment-based approaches. Whether you're dealing with infidelity, communication breakdown, life transitions, or fertility challenges and childlessness, I create a safe space where difficult emotions can be explored without judgment.
