It is a natural part of life to go through periods where it can feel really difficult to securely exist and to move through life comfortably, both in relation to body and mind. The extent to which this is experienced depends on the individual and their own set of life experiences, including personal and family history, ancestry, and each individual’s unique genetic-biological make-up. Thus, I incorporate all of these elements into my work.
I specialise in working with FND (functional neurological disorder) and in particular, F/DS (functional/dissociative seizures / NEAD non-epileptic attack disorder/ etc). I also have much experience working with complex PTSD, anxiety, addiction and complex ‘mind-body’ conditions.
My position is one where I have always held a deep respect for the uniqueness and courage of each individual. I am compassionate, strong, safe and deeply caring. I am skilled at shining light into the darkest areas in a way that brings clarity and newfound strength to the individual.
