Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught up in patterns that don’t quite make sense? Maybe you’re feeling anxious, low, or disconnected from others - you are not alone. I’m Dr Danielle Kerley, a Clinical Psychologist specialising in supporting people overcome the impact of difficult life experiences and transitions. I offer attachment- and trauma-informed therapy for adults and teens (15+) who have experienced adversity and unsafe relationships. I also support parents whose own early life experiences or emotional wellbeing may be impacting their parenting.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, family/relationship difficulties, or complex feelings from your past, I’m here to offer a safe space where you can explore your needs, hopes and goals. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies to suit your unique needs, including CBT, CFT, ACT, Systemic, attachment-informed/therapeutic parenting & NET.
