Hi, I'm Daniel & I'm here to help. I am a qualified, accredited therapist working with adults, couples & teens. I know asking for support can be daunting, but I carefully & sympathetically work with you using the most suitable counselling methods to help you to find a happier life, using Psychotherapy, CBT or a blend of techniques - whichever works best for you! I support adults, couples & teens facing anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, self harm, suicidal thoughts, sexuality concerns, grief & loss & addiction as well as many other issues. I've lived a life, so I understand what others have to face.
I specialise in providing sensitive, authentic, non-judgemental psychotherapeutic counselling in a safe environment in which you no longer feel like you have to struggle alone. I've been there & understand the tough challenges in life. So I will be there with you, every step of the way, by your side whilst we work through whatever is troubling you.
