Hi, I'm Daniel. If you're reading this, life may feel overwhelming right now, maybe too much. But whatever it is, you don't have to face it alone. I'm a qualified, accredited therapist working with adults, couples and teens, offering a safe, down-to-earth space where you can be yourself, be you, without judgement. Together we'll find an approach that suits you, whether that's psychotherapy, CBT or a blend of techniques. I help people with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, grief, addiction and many other challenges. I've experienced life's ups and downs too, so I do understand how tough things can feel
