Hi, I'm Daniel & I'm here to help you. I am a qualified, accredited Integrative Counsellor, which means I carefully work with you as a unique individual and use the most suitable counselling approaches to help you to find a more satisfying & harmonious life. This can be using Psychotherapy or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, or a combination of various techniques - whichever is most suited to your needs! I support adults & teens dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, self harm, suicidal thoughts, sexuality concerns, grief & loss as well as relationship difficulties, addiction struggles and many other issues.
I specialise in providing sensitive, authentic, non-judgemental psychotherapeutic counselling in a safe environment in which my clients no longer feel like they have to struggle alone. I've been there & understand the tough challenges in life. So I will be there with you, every step of the way, by your side whilst we work through whatever is troubling you.
