I'm a clinical psychologist and I work with a range of clients who want to improve their mental health and/or general wellbeing. I work will all kinds of symptoms including depression, anxiety, but also more specialised areas including obsessive-compulsive disorder, anomalous experiences, cancer distress, existential issues. I also specialise in men's issues. A need for career advice and clinical supervision is also welcome. Evening and weekend appointments are available. I work online nationally and locally within the Vale of Glamorgan.
I am particularly skilled in delivering bespoke integrative psychotherapy. I draw from a range of psychological tools and theories including cognitive-behavioural, existential, psychodynamic, interpersonal and humanistic approaches. I am passionate about treating mental health disorders and helping people flourish.
