In-person and online sessions for individuals seeking to transform emotional wellbeing and overall life experience.
My approach is kind, non-judgmental and dynamic. I specialises in how we can be affected by our past and how we humans get along with each other. I have a strong understanding in working with trauma. Including understanding how the body responds emotionally and physically to stress.
As well as working with people from any background, my work is also trauma informed and I work with people who are neurodiverse as well as with people who are LGBTQIA+
Initial consultation 50 min & ongoing sessions are £60 per
I provide a calm and understanding environment to talk openly about life’s challenges. Offering psychotherapy to find ways to overcome and deal with them differently. People come to psychotherapy for all sorts of long and short-term reasons. It may also be that you don’t know what is wrong, but sense something isn’t right.
