I support adults & couples experiencing sexual & relationship difficulties inc. infidelity, arousal, anxiety, sex & porn addiction & relationship challenges. I work with polyamory, ENM, kink & BDSM & welcome people of all genders and sexualities.
I also work with a range of psychological difficulties inc. anxiety, depression, self-esteem & identity concerns.
I adapt our sessions to best suit you, & utilise a combination of philosophies including humanistic, CBT, psychodynamic & existentialism to help you achieve your therapy goals. There is no right or wrong - only what you bring.
