You might also have a sense that something isn’t fully understood — that there are feelings or reactions that don’t quite make sense, even to you.
In my practice, I offer a space to explore these experiences in depth. Rather than focusing only on immediate symptoms, we work over time to understand how certain patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating have developed, and how they continue to shape your life.
My work is grounded in the contemporary psychoanalytic tradition as well as my ongoing training with the Society for Social and Critical Psychoanalysis. I also bring attention to how wider factors — including race, gender, sexuality and class — can influence our inner world and relationships.
Before training as a psychoanalyst, I worked in communications and crisis management, across the USA, China and France. This informs my sensitivity to how people navigate pressure, uncertainty, and complex environments.
